BeneHub is a licensed insurance agency (NPN 21324782). We help small businesses and self-employed individuals compare and enroll in group health insurance and related benefits. We are an insurance agency, not an insurance carrier or underwriter. Coverage is issued by the applicable insurance company and administered by the applicable third-party administrator, subject to their terms, eligibility rules, and underwriting.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to provide the information you submit, including any information about a business or its employees. By submitting information about other individuals (such as employees), you represent that you are authorized to do so.

Estimates Are Not Guarantees

Any savings figures, premiums, plan comparisons, or reports generated on the Site are estimates for illustrative purposes only. They are based on the information you provide and general assumptions, and they are not an offer of insurance, a quote, or a guarantee of coverage, rates, or savings. Actual eligibility, premiums, and coverage are determined by the insurance carrier and administrator and are subject to medical underwriting and the plan's terms. The plans we present may not be ACA-qualified major medical plans and may require medical underwriting; not everyone will qualify.
