BeneHub is a licensed insurance agency (NPN 21324782) that helps small businesses and self-employed individuals compare and enroll in group health insurance and related benefits.

By using the Site or submitting information to us, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

Information you provide directly. When you use our savings tool, build a team census, request a report, or book a call, we may collect:

• Your name and your business name
• Email address and phone number
• Your business's state and current coverage details
• The number of employees and information you provide about your team (names, coverage level, what is currently paid, and a general "health vibe" indicator you select)
• Any documents you choose to upload, such as a current insurance bill
• Any other information you choose to provide in free-text fields or during a call

You provide health-related indicators voluntarily and only at the general level the tool requests. We do not ask you to submit detailed medical records through the Site.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our analytics providers may automatically collect device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring source, and interactions with the Site, using cookies and similar technologies (see "Cookies and Analytics" below).

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Generate your personalized savings estimate and plan comparison
• Contact you about your request, including by phone, email, and text message
• Match you and your team with suitable insurance plans and prepare quotes

Text Messaging (SMS) Consent

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive calls and text messages from BeneHub, including via automated technology, about your quote and our services. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can reply HELP for help. Opting out of texts will not affect other ways we may contact you about a request you initiated.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

• Insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and underwriters (for example, the plan administrator and network associated with the plans we offer) in order to prepare quotes and enroll you in coverage.
• Service providers who help us operate the Site and our business, such as our customer relationship management platform (HubSpot), database and hosting providers (Supabase), email delivery providers, scheduling tools, and analytics and advertising providers (such as Google). These providers may process your information only on our behalf.
• Legal and safety reasons, such as to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, or protect our rights, users, or the public.
• Business transfers, such as in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site and understand how it is used. We use Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic and conversions. If we run advertising, we may also use advertising pixels (such as the Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag) to measure and improve ad performance.
